ALTAVIA AND ACT* : IN UNISON

The coming together of those 2 companies is part of Altavia group’s strategic plan : MOVE2020 ( MOVE: Make Our Vision Effective) guided by its Founder and President, Raphaël Palti. This ambitious plan has, for instance, the objective to pursue its growth dynamic and to strengthen its commercial communication offers through a strategy of targeted acquisition.

Created in 1997 by Anne-Catherine Trinon, ACT* employs 45 people and works for renowned clients from the sector of retail, automobile, luxury and telecommunications. Based on the management principle of collective intelligence, giving priority to co-responsability and team’s autonomy, the agency is now reinforcing the Marketing Services department of Altavia Belgium. As a reminder, in 2014, ACT* acquired the digital agency Cleverwood, specialised in strategy, content marketing and social networks.

Anne-Catherine Trinon becomes CEO of Altavia in Belgium and will also lead a pilot project of participative management for the group.
Christel Mayalian, who was General Manager of Altavia Belgium, is now taking new challenges within the group and will focus on the launch of our activities in new territories.

« Technology is not a limit anymore, it is the interpersonal intelligence part of the creation and the maintaining of this bond between a retailer and its clients which will be key. »

Raphaël Palti – Founder, President General Manager of Altavia.

In a first phase, the teams will keep on working independently. The operational merger will be made gradually over 2016.
